Dajjal at Work: How Shakespeare Cemented the Changes in the English Language, and Warped the English Mind

Cobbe Portrait of Shakespeare, Wikimedia

From time to time we mine the treasures of the old majalis sittings with Souliman Sousi from back in the day, here’s a gem, for those who can perceive. Shaytan is always busy. Iblis and he Dajjal manipulates, steers, and guides human cultures through the ages using narratives, stories fables and myths, as well as language itself. Language is key to the science of memetics, for it’s chiefly through language that ideas pass from mind to mind.

As long time readers and listeners would be aware, and new sisters and brothers just joining us are learning , for over 30 years before retiring and disappearing from view, Soluiman Sousi quietly taught a small number of people around the world about the reality of the doctrine of the dajjal hidden in our classical Islamic texts and lore, and indeed within the Quran itself. Interpretations scattered across literally thousands of classical manuscripts and texts but cleverly obscured and arranged in ways to prevent millions of Muslims in history from realizing the truth.

The Dajjal leaves his footprints outside of our narrow Muslim circles, however. Sometimes with a sharp eye you can see his footprints in the most surprising places. William Shakespeare is an interesting example.

Like Milton, Dante, Firdawsi, Pir-e Roshan Bayazed Ansari, Abu Nuwas, and many other interesting literary figures, Shakespeare had an unparalleled influence on his language of expression: English. In fact in many ways he’s one of the fathers of the modern English language. Modern English as it left the Tudor period owes an immense debt to Shakespeare, who single-handedly created more new words in English than anyone else outside of Milton.

In doing this Shakespeare cemented certain changes into the English Language itself, and thereby altering the mind of its speakers for the rest of time. Shakespeare profoundly influenced, changed, modified, indeed warped the English speaking mind in ways to make it more manageable.

Maybe you are skeptical, think about it deeply. Reflect on this. Why are certain slogans and phrases, even words, just tiny words, so effective in pushing the emotional buttons of Americans, British and English, Anglo-Canadians and Australians, New Zealanders? There are slight variants between them all, but they are slight.

You can push people’s emotional buttons with a tiny turn of a phrase, drive people to genocidal war, set them against each other, or unite them in mind-bogilingly huge undertakings. Most of these turns of phrases originated with one man’s pen: ‘The Bard’ himself, as he is often called. Shakespeare is explicitly seen as The Bard, the Master Poet of all English. That should tell you something.

Here’s the key to really understanding what happened: Howard Bloom. In the late 1990s Souliaman Sousi directed us to the late Harold Bloom, one of the most influential Jewish-American literary critics in the late 20th and early 21st century. Our teacher advised us to make a special note of Bloom’s recent work, Shakespeare: The Invention of the Human. What does this have anything to do with the Dajjal or Islam or Prophecy? Well that’s what we asked.

Being unable to grasp the relevance of it to the Din and prophecy it took us some time to follow our teacher’s advice and examine the book. Years later, once we did, Souliman Sousi explained its relevance, shedding light on things far beyond Bloom’s ken. Bloom argued that Shakespeare’s writings absolutely altered human consciousness, at first for the English but thereafter for the entire world that the English influenced.

Bloom’s thesis is that Shakespeare’s writings actually changed the world itself, and created the modern mind that we are now all influenced by. William Shakespeare subtly re-created humanity, mentally and spiritually, in particular through certain characters, like Hamlet, or Falstaff, or MacBeth. Souliman Sousi affirmed this, and said it went beyond anything Bloom himself ever imagined, and Bloom was the first writer to actually concretely grasp this.

But what Bloom did not grasp, Souliman explained, was how, and why, Shakespeare’s deep use of language itself accomplished this. And moreover that these changes profoundly warped humanity, and the British most profoundly so. They created the modern mind. Bloom saw that as good. However it’s more complex than he was able to imagine.

We were all altered, changed, in ways that we simply can’t go back from. But by becoming conscious of what was done, and broadening your grasp of languages, you can better realize it, and compensate for it.

William Shakespeare was responsible for an extremely large number of neologisms, i.e. newly coined words. More than anyone in his age. Beyond just words he introduced a massive amount of terms, cliches and phrases, buzzwords, turns-of-phrase, that mold the modern English speaking mind. You are made of the slogans repeated around you constantly. Whether they come from Nubuwwa – prophetic teaching, or from comic books.

Shakespeare’s influence was unparalleled not only in his age, but in times up to our age as well. Not even Milton surpassed him, though Milton was also responsible for massively re-working the English language. And so too was the anonymous “authors” of the King James Bible, allegedly written by a committee but betraying the overwhelming influence of a single hand, and who was contemporaneous with Shakespeare.

The King James Bible and William Shakespeare’s plays and poems are the chief cultural products of the Tudor Age that absolutely re-worked the modern English mind. It’s no accident that his age was the very beginning of modernity itself.

Whoever William Shakespeare really was, as with whoever the real authors of the King James Bible were, these works and Shakespeare’s in particular cemented the changes in the then quite fluid English language and effectively cemented a certain mentality in the English, and those whom the English later influenced by their language. English was not one language then, it was a collection of quite disparate dialects, some still quite close to the older Saxon and German of Beowulf’s age.

Many English dialects at the time of Shakespeare itself wouldn’t be intelligible with a modern English speaker. They are literally different languages. But the dialect of Kent and London, as molded by Shakespeare, came to effectively dominate and re-work all of them, into a new language, a new mode of expression: one that became international, and in time a World Language. A new lingua franca.

What’s the “take-home point”? The scheming never ends. The dajjal is not just on an island somewhere, waiting in a grotto or abandoned monastery until the end of days. Rather, he has been and is currently actively walking, living, and working among the people of the world, and in particular the Muslims, in disguise, wearing various ‘hats’ so to speak, and patiently working his fitnah and misguiding people. Ibn Sayyad was only one of many identifies, disguises, or let’s say ‘hats’ that he wore and continues to wear. We believe William Shakespeare also was one.

You will never understand how he does what he does, or why he does what he does, and if you have the misfortune to run into him and he tells you then don’t forget: his business, his occupation, his vocation is misguidance. That’s what he does.

Is it smoke, or a virus

The Smoke and 2020: Covid-19 and interpreting the sign of Dukhan

November 2020

One:

Isn’t it strange that Bani Israel did not notice Isa (Jesus) Peace be upon him, as being sent from Allah. With all their study of the law and erudite scholarship they should have been the first to find and follow him. They certainly can’t claim to have been ignorant of the prophecies for there were many. In John 1:21 we read that the Pharisees were asking John the Baptist if he was “the Messiah or Elijah or that prophet” so we know they were expecting someone at that time. Despite all this Isa (Peace be upon him) had only a few that believed with him.

How did they get it wrong? Who convinced them that the prophecy was not fulfilled? Who had deluded them? It’s easy for us to blame them but are we so sure that it won’t happen to us? Since the story of Musa and Bani Israel is the most oft repeated story in the Glorious Quran, we think it would behoove the Muslims who are awaiting the Mahdi (peace be upon him) to take the failures Bani Israel seriously. Clearly their example is presented to us repeatedly for us to heed. Bani Israel failed to recognize Isa as the Messiah, tried to persecute him and his few followers, and effectively “missed that boat” 70 years before Judea was exterminated as a nation and the remnants of Bani Israel scattered like chaff to the winds.

According to many hadith, there are almost ten signs of the qiyama. Just to name a few there is the Dajjal, the smoke, and the Beast from out of the earth, as well as the Mahdi himself (peace be upon him). Furthermore, some hadith state that the Dajjal, the smoke, and the Mahdi all appear at the same time, or very close to the same time. This brings us to the heart of the matter.

We believe that the sign of the smoke, Dukhan, is already upon us. We will demonstrate from the sources that there is a good possibility that the smoke in the said hadith and in the Quran as well, is Covid-19. Therefore, we might be living through one of the major signs right at this moment, but most of mankind hasn’t got a clue. You might be able to imagine now how the Mahdi could come and go with us, just like Isa came and went with Bani Israel. In the same way, we would not accept him, because we would not recognize him and the signs surrounding him. And thus we would become from among the losers. We must stress the point here that this is only a possible interpretation and Allah and his Messenger know best. Take it or leave it.

Two:

We would like to point out four or five reasons why Covid-19 may be the smoke. Perhaps one proof on its own is not enough to be convincing, but when all the proofs are taken together, a coherent picture starts to emerge.

First, what is smoke? Well al that smoke is is a cloud of airborne particles, produced by combustion. The key thing however is smoke is composed of immensely tiny particles.

The arguments or proofs are as follows: 1st  The Quranic proof (Surah Dukhan), 2nd   Quran mentioning “rajz“ from the heavens, 3rd the Hadith of the Sawt in Ramadan, 4th  the Tally hadith, 5th  the 99 out of 100 hadith. The names we have given these arguments are just for practical purposes as we will elaborate on them more thoroughly.

The first elaboration is in the 44th chapter of Holy Quran, the chapter titled الدخان (The Smoke), verses 10 through 17. Note our specific translation of some of the words, and compare them to the original Arabic text:

10   ) so keep watch for the day the sky brings the proven smoke 11) it covers the people, this is a painful torment 12) oh our lord, remove this torment from us, we certainly believe 13) certainly there came to them a reminder and a clear (proven) messenger 14) then they turned from him and called him a super learned crazy person 15) we will relieve them of it for a while and they will return 16) the day we will seize with a great strike, for certainly we are ever avenging 17) we have tried before them the people of Pharaoh and there came to them a noble messenger…”

So before we get into it lets look at what some hadith tafsirs say about the issue. The following hadith states :

لا تقوم الساعة حتى تروا عشر آيات -فذكر فيهن الدجال والدخان والدابة

“The hour will not come until you see 10 signs , he mentioned the Dajjal, the Smoke , and the Beast from the Earth.

“From Abi Malik al Ashaari said, the Messenger said, (Peace and blessings be upon him) “ indeed your lord has warned you about 3 things, the Smoke which takes the believer like a cold, and takes the unbeliever until it blows into every ear and orifice, the second is the beast from the earth, and the third is the Dajjal.

We see from this hadith the “smoke” is not like your average smoke, for this type gives a sickness like the common cold. The word used in the hadith is كالزكمة the preceding letter Kaf is a comparative article, it means “like/as if” – then Al-Zukama, a feminine form of زكم – and Zukam which in classical Arabic described a coryza, what is called in modern medicine calls rhinitis and rhinopharyngitis – basically a seasonal common cold although rhinopharyngitis also occurs with the seasonal flu.

The feminine form is used here, but in a few other versions of the same narration the masculine common form is used. The feminine form could be filling the roll of the The Diminutive, what in Arabic grammar is called the Tasgher (اسم التصغير). In other words, the phrase in the hadith literally translated could mean “Like a little common cold.”

Please reflect on that, the hadith literally says that the “smoke” for the “believer” will be “like a little common cold.” Now this “smoke” acts like a virus, it gives believers rhinitis or rhinopharyngitis. That is what Zukam meant in Arabic 1400 years ago, and it still means that today. For example, in contemporary Arabic a virus causing coryzas is called – فَيرُوسُ الزُّكام  – Fayrus al-Zukaam: i.e. coryzavirus.

Like most viruses, this “smoke” enters the holes in the body, as this hadith species the ears in particular. But other versions mentions other orifices as well. And somehow, it makes a distinction between a believer and non-believer. We interpret that as possibly part of the prophecy in this way: that some people will not believe that it is real. They will disbelieve in it. So, because they do not believe it is real, they will not take the same actions against it that someone who believes it is real will. Hence a “believer” in this narrow context experiences the “smoke” simply like it was a common cold.

This next one is from Hudhaifa ibn Yaman, the keeper of the Prophet’s secrets and the one companion who was given the most knowledge of the prophecies of the coming fitnah. It is rather long but it goes like this:

This is similar to the other hadith but with some more details. It has Isa coming after the Dajjal, and the smoke is mentioned after the fire that herds people. When Hudhaifa asks about the smoke the Prophet (as) explains it as such,

“…it fills what is in between the east and west, it remains for 40 days and nights, for the believer he gets hit in the form of a cold, as for the unbeliever he will be as if drunk, it comes out of his nose, ears and behind…”

Again, we see here that some are afflicted with flu or cold like symptoms, Al-Zukama الزكمة – which again in classical Arabic denotes a coryza: the symptoms of rhinitis and rhinopharyngitis i.e. a common cold or influenza. While others are as if they are intoxicated, drunk – السكران. In light of what is being said about covid-19 affecting some people neurologically maybe السكران (sakran) the Arabic word for drunk- is pointing to the “COVID-19 haze”. Which is an increasingly recognized symptom of the disease. At the time we are writing this, more and more evidence is emerging as to the neurological symptoms of Covid-19. Some people experience an almost debilitating ‘brain fog’ or ‘haze’ like symptom for weeks, or even months. We would like to reiterate that this is merely a possible interpretation and Allah and his Messenger know best.

Three:

We have already established from explicit ahadith that the ‘Smoke’ will cause cold and flu like symptoms The ayat in Sura Dukhan states that the smoke will come from the “samaa” the Arabic word for sky or heaven. To put it more scientifically- the 3d dimension. This may indicate that the virus is airborne, so not only is it contagious from person to person but it may be transported by the air in the sky. (Another possible interpretation is that this might actually come from space from comet dust or meteors. This hypothesis is harder to prove but nonetheless in either case it has to travel in the air.

Verse 17 offers a strange connection to the Covid interpretation. Lets take a little stroll through the Noble Quran and see if it makes sense.

“…we have tried the people of Pharaoh before this and there came to them a noble messenger…”

During Prophet Musa’s (Moses) time, the people of Pharaoh were tried. So given the context it seems that they might have been given a similar tribulation.  Now we know that the people of Pharaoh were given plagues and Bani Israel were afflicted as well but let’s see what the Quran has to say specifically about it.

Chapter 2 verse 59

“Then the wrong-doers substituted another saying for that which had been given them; and so We sent down a scourge upon the wrong-doers from the heavens for their transgression.( Tafheem-ul-Quran – Abul Ala Maududi )

The highlights are ours, but the translation is from Maududi. Notice how they were given a Rijz(scourge) from the heavens. We will elaborate on the Arabic word Rijz shortly. Another two verses:

7:134 Each time a scourge struck them they, said: ‘0 Moses! Pray for us to your Lord on the strength of the prophethood He has bestowed upon you. Surely, if you remove this scourge from us, we will truly believe in you, and will let the Children of Israel go with you.’ Tafheem-ul-Quran – Abul Ala Maududi

7:135 But when We removed the scourge from them until a term – a term which they were bound to reach – they at once broke their promise. Tafheem-ul-Quran – Abul Ala Maududi

7:136 So We inflicted Our retribution on them, and caused them to drown in the sea because they gave the lie to Our signs and were heedless of them. Tafheem-ul-Quran – Abul Ala Maududi

So we have the rajz from the sky or heaven or space, as well as these two verses explaining how the people of Pharaoh promised Musa that if the torment was removed they would believe. Moreover, the next verse states they went back on their word once the torment (scourge) was removed. What we have here is a really nice symmetry with the word Dukhan (smoke) and Rijz (scourge). The third point of symmetry is in 7:136 is where Allah the exalted takes retribution or revenge

Just as a reminder in the 44th chapter of the Quran the people are promising to believe if the smoke = razj is removed. The definition of Rijz in Arabic is a point that must not be overlooked. Lanes lexicon shows one of the meanings as: plague or Pestilence.   Here is the link for the Arabic English lexicon.  http://www.tyndalearchive.com/TABS/Lane//

Four:

The second argument or point worth elaborating on is the famous hadith about the “shout (saiha) in Ramadan”. This had not occurred to us until we heard that an Iraqi scholar or researcher brought it up as a possible interpretation of the smoke. Unfortunately, we do not know his name and haven’t been able to find a clip of it on the internet. Nonetheless as with the previous elaboration we offer it here as merely a possible interpretation of the smoke from the sky.

There are many versions of this hadith found throughout the Islamic corpus but let us focus on a few for now.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the 15 of Ramadan on the night of Friday there will be a fright or a panic, it will awaken the sleeper, the awakened will be frightened, and the women will be brought out of their quarters, and on this day there will be many earthquakes.

“There will be a shout in Ramadan. When asked what part in Ramadan he said the middle, when the middle is the night of Ramadan. There will be a shout from the sky: 70,000 will be struck unconscious, 70,000 thousand will mute or dumbfounded, 70,000 will be blind, 70,000 will be deaf. When the prophet was asked who among your nation will be safe the Prophet replied: Who ever stays attached to his house, and whoever seeks refuge in his prostrations, and proclaims that Allah is Great. After this he said there will be another shout. The first shout was from the angel Gabriel, but the second shout is from Satan. So a shout in the month of Ramadan, bickering of the tribes in the month of Shawwaal, the shifting of the tribes in Dhul Qaida, the pilgrims in the month of Dhul Hijja will be sacked, and in Muharram, oh what will convey to you what is Muharram, the first of it will be a tribulation for my ummah, the last of it will be a relief for my Ummah. On that day a believer on a fast ride will be safe form a village of 100,000 people.”

This is simply our attempt at an interpretation, if you don’t like it then find something you do like. Allah alone knows best. But reflect on this, Bani Israel had the knowledge of Prophets, they had active living Prophets generation by generation, their authorities even suspected Yahya (John the Baptist, peace be upon him) may have been the Masih, yet their entire nation still missed Isa and were destroyed. We have our ahadith and prophecies, do you not think they had theirs?

The fact is the Prophet Muhammad (Allah’s blessings and peace upon him) explicitly told multiple companions that the sign of the Smoke would be the smoke in Surah Dukhan and that it would affect people like a respiratory disease. The believers like a mild Zukama, a respiratory cold, and the disbelievers in a way making them seem drunk, intoxicated, and it would come out of all of their orifices. You decide what you want to believe. It’s your life and your eternity that is at stake.

We will leave you with one more, for emphasis, from the Tafsir of Ibn Kathir:

خليل، عن الحسن، عن أبي سعيد الخدري، رضي الله عنه، أن رسول الله يَةِ قال يهيج الدخان بالناس، فأما المؤمن فيأخذه كالزكمة، وأما الكافر فينفخه حتى يخرج من كل مسمع منه

Abi Saeed al-Khoudri reported that the Messenger of Allah said:

“The Smoke will irritate the people, and as to the Believer, it will take him like a common cold, and as to the Disbeliever it will blow through him until it comes from every place heard of from him.”

The Truth about the Treasures, How to Interpret a Prophecy

The Prophet Muhammad warned his nation of events that would take place especially in the end times. These warnings come to us as snippets or snapshots of conversations that the Prophet had with his companions. These are commonly referred to as Hadith (sayings). Satan and his Antichrist waste no effort in deceiving the masses concerning the true interpretations of these hadiths.

Even if they know the hadith word for word and inside out, If any Muslim doesn’t believe that they could be right in the middle of a prophesied event without even realizing it, then he/she is being arrogant. Allah has warned us in the Quran that Satan is our enemy. So we really should start using these ayat in a practical way. To understand them and apply them in our life.

35:6 – Satan is indeed your enemy, so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his confederates so that they may be among the inmates of the Blaze.

17:053 – Tell My servants to speak in a manner which is the best. Indeed Satan incites ill feeling between them, and Satan is indeed man’s manifest enemy.

What we hope to show in this short writing is that there is a high likely hood that a famous hadith of the Prophet Muhammad has been misinterpreted. The hadith in question is the following:

عن رسول الله ص: ( الفتنة الرابعة ثمانية عشر عاما ثم تنجلي حين تنجلي وقد أنحسر الفرات عن جبل من ذهب تكب عليه الأمة فيقتل عليه من كل تسعة سبعة.). الفتن لنعيم بن حماد ص 207 و421

To be more precise it is not the whole hadith that is in question but rather the phrase جبل من ذهب (mountain of gold). This phrase appears in many different hadiths and Muslims always interpret it as actually finding a mountain of gold. So the long awaited Mahdi will come and go and the Muslims will still be waiting for the Euphrates river to uncover a mountain of gold, and in some narrations a mountain of gold and silver.

Take this hadith for example:

Three will fight for your treasure, all of them a son of a khalifa, then it goes to one of them, then the black flags will come from the direction of the east and they will kill you in a way that you have never been killed before. Then he mentioned something – so when you see him, give him bayaa even if you have to crawl through the ice and snow to get to him, for certainly he is the khalifa of Allah the Mahdi.

The phrases that have been highlighted in yellow are “three will fight for you treasure”, and “the Euphrates will uncover a mountain of gold”. These have been interpreted to mean anything except OIL! Some tafseers (Exegesis) have even said that the treasure spoken of here is the mountain of gold uncovered by the Euphrates. Why? Is it really that strange to except- princes fighting for oil, nations fighting for oil? Is not the treasure of the Ummah the oil revenues? What region on the planet is more known for having oil than the middle east? How many times have we heard the phrase “black gold” Sure, most of the revenues are used against the Muslims by the treacherous Saudi leaders but the point still stands, the oil is the treasure of the Muslim Nation (Ummah).

Isn’t it a fact that there are at least 3 sons of kings or presidents (khalifas) fighting in the middles east right now for oil or energy? Namely, Muhammad bin Salman, Bashar al Assad, and Qatar. Let’s not forget the king of Jordan who has a role to play as well in this game. Whether it is actually these three or four or another set is not the scope of this article but what is important here is what they are fighting over. Oil, treasure, money! Let’s take a look at this narration:

From the Messenger of Allah: the fourth fitna will last for 18 years, it makes its rounds and the Euphrates river will uncover a mountain of gold. My ummah will pounce on it and every seven out of nine will die.

The highlighted sentence says that after this mountain is discovered seven out of nine will die for it. Is it that much of a stretch to say that this is exactly what has happened with the oil in Iraq? If you have a problem with the phrase “mountain of gold” then let’s try this other narration:

حدثنا محمد بن جعفر عن شعبة عن خبيب بن عبد الرحمن عن حفص بن عاصم – 1710
عن أبي هريرة قال إن الفرات ستحسر عن كنز فإن أدركته فلا تأخذ منه شيئا
(From Nuaym Bin Hammad’s Kitan al-Fetn)

So this narrations says that the Euphrates will uncover a treasure not a mountain of gold. Now this is starting to make more sense. We have gone from a mountain of gold to just a treasure. But most Muslims say that a mountain of gold is treasure, well yeah but so is a mountain full of oil. And besides, when in history has there ever been found a mountain of gold or silver, I mean such a thing doesn’t even happen. Where is our jealousy for the Prophet, don’t we want him to be right? Why do Christians and Jews bend over backwards to prove their vague and obscure prophesies true but we Muslims bend over backwards to make them false.

So what else is this treasure called? Let’s take a look at yet another hadith:

حدثنا عبد الله بن مروان عن أرطاة عن تتبيع عن كعب قال إذا كانت رجفتان في شهر رمضان انتدب لها ثلاثة نفر من أهل بيت واحد أحدهم يطلبها بالجبروت والآخر يطلبها بالنسك والكسينة والوقار والثالث يطلبها بالقتل واسمه عبد الله ويكون بناحية الفرات مجتمع عظيم يقتتلون على المال يقتل من كل تسعة سبعة
(From al-Fetn – 850)

Here we see the highlighted phrase “and there be a huge gathering on the side of the Euphrates, they will kill for the riches or wealth, and out of every nine, seven will die.” We see the same idea that out of every nine seven will die, but instead of mountain of gold or treasure we see riches or wealth. In our time it is easy to see that oil brings wealth and riches.

So now we have come to the point where we see three ways of explaining the same thing.

Fine, a mountain of gold can be a treasure and a treasure can be a mountain of gold, and all of these can be considered wealth. Three ways of explaining the same thing so there is no contradiction just yet, but does the gold come in cylinders? Does the earth vomit the gold out of the ground? Well, that is what this following narration is saying:

The earth will vomit pieces of her liver in shapes of cylinders from gold and silver. So the killer will come to it and wonder “is this what I have killed for” and then the one who cuts off family ties will come to it and wonder “is this what I have cut family ties for” , and the thief will wonder “is this what my hands have been cut off for “ ..then not of them will receive it.

So here we actually have the earth vomiting something out, into shapes of cylinders. The earth’s liver (and livers are black by the way) is vomiting out something in cylinders – or more practically it is put in cylinders. What is oil transported in? Yes, in cylinders or barrels if you like. The Arabic word الأسطوان (istawaan) is cylinder in English. We don’t think its necessary to show of picture this, the imagery is pretty clear, we all know that oil not gold is stored and transported in cylinders. When you check the price of oil on the market the price is given in dollars per what? Yes, that’s right, it’s given in dollars per barrel.

True, the hadith mentions gold and silver but it stands to reason that it can’t be vomited or be put in cylinders and yet be gold and silver at the same time. Just stand back and look at the hadith in its totality. The killers are wondering “is this what I have killed for”. Now its easy to see someone 1400 years ago wondering why you would kill for black, sloppy, stinky tar slurping out of the ground in abundance, but even back then they would know exactly why someone would kill for gold. That has been in style for a long time.

So we have four different ways of explaining the same thing. One: mountain of gold. Two: treasure. Three: wealth. And finally four: the earth vomiting pieces of her liver and then being put into cylinders.

Now these narrations say to keep away from it, so sorry ISIS bad news for you. I’m sure most of us are familiar with all the truck loads of oil that were sent to Turkey by the aid of ISIS/DAESH and other terrorist groups in the region. This is precisely the thing that the Ummah was warned of 1400 years ago, but this is really not the main idea of the article. The main point is that the Mahdi will heal the world with this treasure, so that is why you are supposed to stay away from it until he gets here. Sadly, the Muslims are too busy looking for a mountains of gold, or would you prefer some leprechauns to busy your self with before the Mahdi?

Allah and his Messenger know best but we believe the “mountain of gold” and the “treasure of the ummah” is really the black gold, oil.

How Groups Self-Cannibalize Part 1; Gatekeepers, Mark Koslow, and Schuon’s Maryamiyya Traditionalists

We wish you a blessed Ramadan, and Eid, for 1440 Hijri (2019) Groups and Organizations fall apart, and they can self-cannibalize. This post will deal with that subject, using Frithjof Schuon’s Maryamiyya Tariqa as a tragic case study.

Back in June 2017 we briefly chatted with Souliman Sousi. During our conversation the topic of the controversial near implosion of the Traditionalist/Perennialist Maryamiyya sufi tariqa in Bloomington Indiana came up, and N. Wahid Azal’s research on this. Souliman suggested that we reach out to Azal over the Net, and encourage him to actually publish his research in Lebanon or Egypt. Or, at the very least, to put it out as a free pdf on the web if he’s afraid of liability. At least this way more people could examine it with open eyes.

But more importantly Souliman taught us something vital as far as how to spot gatekeepers and front-men for certain groups and their interests. He used the Maryami Schuonites as a perfect case.

Mark Koslow is well known as the man behind the early 1990s partial implosion of Schuon’s tariqa in Bloomington Indiana. The fallout that luridly hit the press included Koslow’s adultery with one of Schuon’s ‘spiritual wives’, false yet purported allegations that Schuon sexually abused underage girls, un-Islamic practices involving ritual nudity, and other strange things. A criminal investigation ensued, and the affair cast a public shadow over the last years of Schuon’s life.

Strangely, two decades later various researchers into that historical incident ran into a wall from the most unexpected of places: Mark Koslow himself. A few researchers who made inquires with him reported that Koslow warned them, paradoxically and unpleasantly, of getting too close. These researchers expected to run into an obvious gatekeeper; a well known local businessman, confidant of Schuon, and important figure in World Wisdom Books’ community, who has been known to issue legal threats against anyone treading too closely to the subject. But few would suspect Koslow of all people trying to ward people away. For Koslow remains a public and open critic of Schuon, and is the reason these allegations were exposed in the first place.

These researchers came away with the perception that strange as it seems Mark Koslow could actually acting as a gatekeeper for the Maryamiyya’s interests. Or at least the interests of a few individuals managing the Maryamiyya’s legacy in the wake of Schuon’s passing away and the distancing of people like Hossein Nasr from the Bloomington community.
While we discussed this brother Soulaiman made an observation: Any group that closes in on itself ends up cannibalizing itself. He explained further the process of self-cannibalization is memetic, philosophical and political.

Two chief points can be made.

Point one: consider the dysfunctional dynamics that happen when families close their doors to the outside world. Try to imagine it this way: picture a quirky family that closes its doors to the whole world. They eventually end up creating their own enclosed little world. At a certain point they go nuts. For example, picture in your mind the Addams Family from the TV show and films. Lovably quirky, insane, and it’s hinted quite unhealthy inbred. The Addams Family were fun though. The trope pops up in darker ways. In the literary world look at the disturbingly shut-in family found in the dark and deviant fictional universe of V.C. Andrews’ Flowers in the Attic series of novels.

This trope from fiction has a real basis in reality. There are countless instances of real-life families closing their doors to the world, and in effect self-cannibalizing at a certain point. A harmless recent example is the family of eccentric artist Gottfried Helnwein, and their quirky exploits in Gurteen Castle. Or the Russian Lykov family, from the Old Believers sect who spent 42 years completely isolated from human society in an uninhabited stretch of Siberia’s Abakan Range, and whose story was first documented by the journalist Vasily Peskov in his 1994 ‘Lost in the Taiga: One Russian Family’s Fifty-Year Struggle for Survival and Religious Freedom in the Siberian Wilderness.’

A more tragic example are the Allens and Kathans who lived in a small hamlet in New York State’s Saratoga County, and whose story was first documented in the 1975 documentary ‘The Hollow’. These 200 intermarried blood relatives kept a distrustful and paranoid distance from the outside world , and it wasn’t until the late 80s/early 90s that outside agencies were able to help the residents weatherize their homes and install indoor plumbing. A more horrifying recent example is the recently discovered inbred family of 40 discovered living in horrific squalor in south of Sydney Australia, in a hidden remote valley in the bush. This clan began with one brother and sister, grew to 40 adults and children. Many of whom were found to have developmental disorders, or be unable to communicate.
Something similar happens to some religious groups and sects; tariqas, jamaats, firqas, you name it, if and when they shut their doors to the outside world and go inward.

The second point is, a major factor behind Schuon’s group’s implosion was creedal. Imagine that creed, or Aqida, is a sort of metaphorical hot ‘third-rail’ so to speak. It’s possible to get fried on it.

First picture the Creed as three train rails, the third being an electrified hot-rail. If you touch that that hot-wire and are not prepared then you are going to mentally and spiritually fry.
What are the three rails?

  • First: you must BELIEVE that there is no god but Allah firstly. In a word Monotheism. If you don’t get that one then you end up doing irreparable memetic and psychic damage to yourself. This results in behavior that further compounds the damage.
  • Secondly, you must believe that Muhammad is his Messenger. The general Muslims manage to get this one, it is a vitally important rail.
  • Thirdly, where most fail, you must believe that the dajjal is his antithesis. And further, you must believe that the dajjal is out there. He exists, and he is an active agent.

In other words belief in the truth and reality first of Allah and secondly of Muhammad’s mission are absolutely vital. But they are not enough. The Shahadatayn has a third somewhat hidden aspect. This aspect is the second face of the coin of ideological conflict. Most never get this, and don’t see the danger in neglecting it.

What is important here is the belief that there is something or someone out there actively working, opposing you, and keeping you from it. This conflict is necessary. It is necessary because if there wasn’t a conflict we would all turn into fat pigs without intellectual and ideological resistance. We would become a world of fat cows and sheep.

Now, interestingly enough, in a sense Rene Guenon’s creed actually implicitly included this conflict. On rare occasions it came out quite explicitly in Guenon’s writings, with less or more precision. Rene Guenon was deeply interested in what he saw as the metaphysical implications of eschatology. And at times he had a practical concern with the dajjal as a phenomenon and the activities of the Shayatin, or devils.

Rene Guenon believed in the real-world existence of organized agents and plotters whose activities were part of a counter-current against divinely revealed religion, metaphysics and tradition. He saw the dajjal’s manifestation as the open end-game, of sorts, of this stream. Guenon’s writings betray an absolute conviction that there active forces were at work politically, socially, and spiritually to oppose what he saw as the divine path. And he believed some of these agents were human, and others were non-human or infra-human and non-physical. But he gave them all agency and activity.

This belief formed a major part of Guenon’s thesis in The Reign of Quantity, and it also pops up in his works covering the history of Theosophy and Spiritualism. In fact he spent the last years of his life in Cairo quite paranoid about the activities of certain members of France’s Occult and proto-New Age milieu whom he believed were part of this current. This is well documented. Pointing it out isn’t to endorse Guenon’s belief system. But it does show Guenon’s attitude in opposition to Schuon’s. Schuon’s followers have reasons and explanations for this, but they are not sufficient from the perspective we are looking at.

Rene Guenon, however imperfectly, managed to steer clear of the third rail. His creed somehow included aspects of all three without getting fried, so to speak. Guenon was convinced there were both spiritual and human entities and elements actively plotting against religion and, indeed, actually against himself. For him, in the end, it was personal.

Something that is also well documented is that at one time Rene Guenon stopped his practice of referring European Muslim converts and Sufic aspirants to Frithjof Schuon’s care. He began to actively warn people to stay away from Schuon, and became quite wary of him.

Where did Schuon fail? Leaving alone other aspects of his esotericism that have real problems, let’s focus on the idea that Rene Guenon could have believed that on some basic level Frithjof Schuon was an operative against him. In fact, let’s consider that idea ourselves.

There are documentary indications that Rene Guenon believed or at least suspected that Schuon was an operative against him. That someone sent Schuon to Guenon as an operative against him. There is a known incident in which Schuon wanted to influence Guenon to stop considering and speaking of Buddhism a false religion. Knowing Guenon’s suspicions he sent a young and naive Martin Lings and Whittal Perry to Cairo with gifts for Guenon and instructions to argue and ultimately persuade Guenon to that effect.

Did someone send Schuon as an operative against Guenon? Orthodox Traditionalists and Perennialists would take offense to the idea. But it should be considered. We are leaving the cards on the table. The important thing is that Guenon himself suspected this.

Now, there’s a deeper possibility that we will not delve deeper into for now. This is the possibility that Schuon himself was simply but a persona. In other words he was a hat or mask, so to speak, worn by the dajjal.

The idea of the dajjal’s ‘hats’ or ‘masks’ is vital to more deeply understanding the work this site deals with. So too is the idea of a ‘candidate.’ In other words, that certain historic or legendary personas are Candidates to being considered as masks of the dajjal.

From Ibn Sayyad or Ibn Sa’id in Medina at the time of the Prophet, to the Taliban’s Mullah Umar. From Balaam Ben Beor on an ass harassing the Israelites, to Saul of Tarsus riding an ass to Damascus and claiming to see Jesus, after having Simon murdered, and thus becoming the non-apostle ‘Paul. To the mysterious Rogui Bou Hmara, (Abu Hamara: Jilali ben Driss Zirhouni al-Youssefi). Whose late 19th and early 20th century intrigues and conspiracies in Morocco while riding his ass around the countryside causing fitan and securing some lucrative minerals concessions for the Europeans, forms an intriguing part of history.

Bou Hmara is an interesting case on its own, and something vital for a student of the work of Fitan, Malahim, and the Dajjal to deeply examine. Interestingly enough the Rifi Amazigh, or Berbers, had no illusions that the man they were dealing with was quite possibly or likely the dajjal. The older generation of Riffians openly spoke of this before dying out, and memories of his machinations and fitnah still exist in the region. Or on a literary front you have men like, Marlow, Bacon, Shakespeare, and many more.

The key idea is that you cannot have 100% certitude that a certain individual is the dajjal. But there are patterns of activities and ideas that can lead you to suspect and assume that a certain person is a candidate for the dirty job. Recognizing these patterns is a critical aspect of this work, something Soulaiman has quietly shared for well over 20 years.

From this perspective, that of being a candidate, in many ways Frithjof Schuon would seem to ‘fit the bill’. We will stop for now, but in part 2 we will examine this deeper.

Fantasy, Rebellion Against Reality, and the key to Matriarchy.

Here is another key, to help you decrypt the cypherverse that surrounds you. When you understand its implications then a door of greater understanding will open to you.

To rebel against reality is to rebel against Allah. To rebel against Allah is to rebel against reality.

All rebellion against Allah is a form of fantasy.
Rebellion against Allah is a form of fantasy, since what is real is the will of Allah. Allah is Al-Haqq (الحق), which means The Real in Arabic. It also means The Right.

Therefore all paganism begins with fantasy. It begins with mentally coloring over the world .

All paganism begins with fantasizing around the world, with coloring the world in. In a sense, paganism begins with mythical thought.

First you start mentally coloring in the world with fantasy, this happens only a little bit at first. Then a little bit more, until soon fantasy covers up all of those aspects of the world which you don’t want to or simply cannot comprehend or accept.

One thing that people will cover up with fantasy are the primal perceptions of an all-powerful creator. This is something innate to human nature, it is part of what’s called the Fitrah(الفطرة). Consider this; there are actually people who will readily admit that the idea of an all-powerful creator is deeply frightening to them. We’ve personally known people who admitted to this. The instinctive and primal perception of an all-powerful being makes them feel uneasy.

So what people do is mentally paint over the world.  They mentally carve it into a more pleasing shape.

This is covering reality. The word for “disbelief” in Arabic is Kufr (كفر). But this word does not literally mean ‘un-belief’, ‘dis-belief’, or ‘infidelity’. No, what Kufr literally means “to cover“.

Paganism begins in fantasy, as you cover up The Real with a mental painting. In other words, you cover up Reality as it really is with a mental painted picture of what you want it to be.

This is rebellion against the Real, because you are denying what’s real and replacing it with what you want to be real. This is rebellion against Allah, the Creator.

Eventually you re-shape the world itself…. but in plastic, so to speak. Imagine re-making the world itself and then sending it over to a factory in China for mass production — metaphorically speaking.

This has implications for the sexes and genders, and it will give us a good mental yardstick for discerning what Matriarchal and Patriarchal societies really are. For now, take this as a working hypothesis: if we are going to divide the realities of gender and humanity, we have to recognize that fantasy is innate, and biologically-based

Since fantasy is innate and biologically based it is part of human reality, and therefore is not bad in itself. When fantasy serves a good it is good, in its limited domain.

Fantasy in itself, when serving a good, can be a necessary function, particularly in the context of child-rearing and the social worlds of human females.

Fantasy becomes destructive an leads to Kufr when it becomes misused, which is when it’s applied outside of its normal area of application.

All utopian thinking is based on fantasy. All utopian thinking comes from the matriarchal side, even if it is not matriarchal in itself.

All utopian thinking is based on fantasy; it is based on wanting to cover the world as it is, with the fantasy of the world as one thinks it should be.

When you understand these key ideas you will find yourself closer to a deeper understanding of what matriarchy really means, and how it contrasts with patriarchy, which is something that we’ll explore at a later date.

One Great Trick; Dajjal-Spotting Without Tears… A Quick Way to See the Dajjal in History.

He is everywhere. He’s everywhere! He’s at a bar with your friends, he’s having dinner with your kids, he’s in bed with your lover! ” — the Character Mr. White to James Bond, on Blofeld, in the film 007: Spectre (2015).

How to you see what’s otherwise invisible? How do you see the Dajjal?

In your search for truth, in your research, we’ll share one very useful trick. If you understand it, truly understand it, and if you also understand how amthal (so-called parables, proverbs, or similitudes) work, how they are actually models then you will be better able to perceive the Dajjal and his operations.

You will virtually be able to see him move, act, even speak, in history, stories, movies, wherever you look around.

It’s like “seeing the Matrix” so to speak. As you do your own research and searching for the truth, something you need to always keep in mind is this; The Dajjal writes a lot.

Pretty simple, the Dajjal writes a lot, he’s an extraordinarily prolific writer. This is a tell-tale sign that there may be a dajjalic aspect to a person or situation that you see in history.

Before the modern era this was more obvious, and he used to do this a lot. He still does, but as we’ll cover later, the Human Alphabet Soup effect outsources some of the scribbling grunt work involved.

By massively writing the Dajjal and virtually be in three or more places at the same time. How does this work?

Here is a clue. The Dajjal wears many hats, think of Shakespeare’s “the world’s a stage” remark. He has a character, it serves as a stand-in for him, and he lets people deceive themselves when looking at and interacting with that character. By prolific writing this character is reproduced, massively. This character is in models, wise sayings, parables and simillitudes, essentially amthal.

The Dajjal writes a lot of stories, his narratives proliferate widely and end up defining entire cultures and world-views.

In the age of postmodern media this is even more easy than ever before, in history. The next time you see some great Shaykh, Imam, or author who effortlessly produces volumes of works, deforesting entire regions in the process, and consuming entire paper industries, you have a clue – but only a clue – that something else may be going on.

The key is don’t be silly about this, don’t run off and see things that may not exist in everything. Just keep it in the back of your mind as a possible clue, and as you work through things it may serve you well.

How to Read Amthal; Quranic Parables and Similitudes. And what Hollywood and Demonic Dajjalic Models Work

Peace upon those who seek it. On this 27th night of Ramadhan may you find knowledge, enlightenment and guidance.

To proceed, here’s a useful method that will help you better understand the Quran, learn from it, and also spot demonic and dajjalic deceptions. You’ll also be able to understand Hollywood better, by the end of this article.

The benefit for you is not only will you be able to better understand the divine words, but you also learn how to recognize demonic ideas, words and models of reality. Therefore you will be better avoid the Dajjal’s schemes against you personally. And you have to take this stuff personal, because it’s your life and soul at stake.

The Quran’s verses are ayat, literally signs. Allah also tells us explicitly in the Quran that he has prepared examples, what seems on the surface to be allegories, or as some translators put it, similitudes. These point to a deeper reality.  The word used in Quran itself for what are sometimes translated as similitudes, parables, proverbs  or allegories in English is mathal ( مثل ), and its plural is amthalأمثال ).  We will use this word in Arabic for the rest of this piece.

Now, the question is; How should you approach them? How do you benefit from amthalأمثال ) and understand them?

To better understand and use them for the purposes our creator wants for us you want to treat them as as models. Basically, you have to treat them as archetypes in a sense.

Now, this method only applies to those attributes which are being used. For example, say there is a particular word or a name. There is a  mathal in the Quran which is part of a set of words and ideas, let’s say “X, Y, and Z”. This forms a set, so to speak.

You cannot access the meaning of the mathal in question outside of that set. The set in which the mathal is found is its  context.

The context of the set in which that mathal appears is found is what matters. It is only when applied in that specific context that it is relevant.

What you have to consider before using them is their context. The way the Qur’anic context is used is vital. In the particular stories that you find what appears to be an allegory or similitude its context alone is what’s relevant to you.

This context is a model, so to speak. So when reading them don’t think of the concept of allegory, parable, proverb or similitude. Rather, think of the idea of a model. As in a model of reality.

Now, you do not pull anything from outside of the immediate given context. When a mathal is given in the Quran its immediate context is vital in a way that’s actually logical and mathematical.

A surprising fact: Few people realize that the Dajjal is actually referred to several times in the Quran, but not by name. You must, in the Quran, come to an understanding of where he is specifically being referred to.

The context of the ayats, the verses in which he is referred to, are what gives you the clues from which you must deduce more. The context is what’s important, when you do your own homework and research to better understand this for yourself. Allah gives you clues and hints along the way, to guide your research to greater understanding. But you must make the effort.

Here is a trick of the Dajjal; he tells people to see a snake and they see it. In other words he, like Iblis, makes suggestions. It is you who believes his suggestions and fills in the blanks, and thus assists in your own deception.

Every con-man knows that his mark, the person he’s scamming, is complicit in his own being deceived. Understand this, and you understand something that may save your life and soul.

In a way the Dajjal’s character is like a Mexican piñata. If you hit it the right way then tasty seeming candy pours out of it. Now, the more that you beat it, the more you look at it, study it, the more of his candy that you get. And his candy is very tasty indeed. Because it’s a fantasy.

This fantasy barks at you, like a dog, if you turn away from it, then it barks at you, just as when you come up to it and hit it. So really, it’s like a cut-out paper character. An evil mathal — an evil model, an evil metaphor, an allegory, an evil analogy, an evil parable.

This evil model is sweet and tasty. It’s like mental and spiritual candy, and it falls on what was mostly good, covering it up with poison.

These are demonic models, demonic methods. They cover up and bury good ones. One example is Hollywood.

Hollywood is all about models of reality; amthal, similitudes, allegories. Hollywood is a story factory, a fictional demonic story factory for the most part.

Hollywood churns out demonic models of reality to cover-up and edge out all of the good ones. So much to the point that it’s not uncommon nowadays for people to emulate cartoon characters and their speaking patterns, repeating clichés and idioms spoken by outright cartoon characters, in some cases characters with animated or live action who essentially wrecked represent the worst of humanity.

Those amthal that Hollywood produces are suitable to the contexts they are in, but are also harmful models. But they are perfect models in a way. Their flaws are part of their purpose and design, the person whose profession is to make them has a frame, memetically these models cause the follower to be inclined to his frame as well.

That’s how it works. Think about it.

2015 Addendum to Siberian Yamal Craters Theories and Coverups

Hole-topview-drtscrubDrafted 28 February, 2015. Edited 15 April 2015

(This addendum sheds more light on the previous interpretation of the mysterious craters found in the Yamal peninsula and elsewhere Siberia crater, in light of more recently discovered craters.)

Welcome back, peace upon those who seek it. Some of you have read the previous notes here, our analysis on the recent discovery of first one then too, and then three, mysterious holes in the permafrost and the Yamal Peninsula of Siberia. Now, the world is being rocked with the news of the discovery of yet more mysterious craters of uncertain origin.

(For a review, see: Review of Theories and Coverups, Yamal Hole One and Review of Theories and Coverups, Yamal Hole Two )

Back in July, Brother Soulaiman Soussi analysis mentioned a strong possibility that several more craters would be found in Siberia. As we are seeing, now in 2015, this is coming to pass. The more people are looking in the area, the more craters they are finding.

What are they, and where do they come from? Are they natural or human made, and what is their significance or meaning? These questions and more have set the news media, blogosphere, and Internet social media afire. Every day, new speculations come out in message forms, social media, and the comment sections of the newspapers and blogs reporting on these strange mysterious phenomena.

Ask yourself, have you ever noticed that when you buy a new car, suddenly you start to see it everywhere? Let’s say, the exact same VW, or Honda, or Lexus, the same color, all over the place?

In this case, the cars didn’t just pop out of nowhere. They were always there, you were simply mentally filtering them out. So, in the craters’ case, these craters were there, all the way in the most remote and sparsely populated Arctic environment in Eurasia. However, no one was looking for them.

When you look at them in the news, notice that they are all in the same general range, in terms of in size and configuration. The variations, here, are minor. Nature doesn’t do that. Natural phenomena would exhibit a wider range of variation and diversity. The fact that so many people haven’t yet figured this out means they are simply being willful morons.

So far no one out there has a convincing explanation for these craters. No one out there has offered anything remotely approaching proof regarding the purported natural origins of these holes. Indeed no one out there even seems to know how old they are.

We suggested an interpretation, based on brother Sulayman Soussi’s innovative research, which inspired and continues to inform this website. So, in light of the recently discovered new holes, we offer this addendum to the previous series.

The new holes discovered offer more tangible evidence of the human origin behind this mystery.

A Review:

Towards the end of 2014, and the beginning of 2015, Russian researchers believe that had discovered through satellite imagery and other uses a number of additional holes, possibly as many as 20 or more. As ascertained from the recent articles at the Huffington Post, the Siberian times which originally broke the story, in other news outlets, those commenting on this issue believe that the whole of the result of “anthropogenic global warming” most likely, gas explosions or ruptures, or something similar, again due to global warming. The reality is that they really do not know and are simply jumping on the latest politically correct bandwagon, in particular as some the older explanations, like a collapsed, are entirely silly and unrealistic.

A Cold War, and Horrific yet Understandable Crimes:

The interpretation previously mentioned here on Cipherverse is the most likely explanation; the craters are the result of human activity, and indeed the result of what could be called the crime of the century. However it is an entirely understandable crime, and this must be understood, though it remains a horrific crime against the environment of the entire planet, and its inhabitants.

The interpretation previously posted on Cipherverse was that the originally discovered holes were most likely the result of underground nuclear testing. This interpretation is reiterated, but we want to share an additional twist. The previous analysis was that these holes were most likely extremely old, from the height of the Cold War. While this can be the case, there is another understanding that’s possible.

During the farcical and Dajjalic Cold War the Soviet-led Eastern Bloc Warsaw Pact states contended in a ridiculously expensive battle, not only financially but also in human lives, against the wealthiest states and empires of the world; the Anglo-American led NATO states of Western Europe.

During the height of the nuclear arms race, both sides poisoned the planet with the repeated testing of nuclear weapons. Nuclear tests were performed in places both remote and, in some cases, terribly close to human habitation. The terrible legacy of this will live on, in cancers of untold numbers of people throughout their lifetimes, and the poisoning of wetlands, forests and tundra.

To understand all of this, you must see that the motivation behind underground nuclear weapons testing lies in a vital strategic imperative.

Bunker Busting, Destroy Command and Control:

The strategic imperative behind Eastern Bloc and Western underground nuclear testing is the vital need to destroy an enemy’s command and control.

In the modern era, castles and fortifications are no longer above ground, rather they are underground. Contemporary aerial weapons technology dictates that an army’s command-and-control can no longer reside behind mountain-top palisades, stone halls and castles. The modern imperative, rather, is to dig down.

When Adolf Hitler was found dead, according to the conventional version of the story, where was he found? In an underground bunker weathering out the aerial bombardment of Germany, the allied Holocaust of fire storms ripping across German cities, destroying civilians and everything in its path.

The United States government maintains an entire shadow government apparatus ready to go underground and extremely deep buried fortifications well below the earth at a moments notice the case of national crisis.

The government of the People’s Republic of China has, over the last decade, excavated probably hundreds of miles with extremely deeply buried tunnels, building what many people suspect the veritable underground cities.

The Strategy of Cutting Off the Enemy’s head:

An army’s command-and-control is its head, metaphorically speaking. When an army’s head is cut off from its body, the body – the bulk of the armed forces – becomes useless and is quickly, easily defeated. Thus a strategist’s first task of is to protect his command-and-control, and destroy or degrade his enemy’s.

Modern weapons technologies have advanced to the point that even burrowing underneath entire mountains is not sufficient protection for command-and-control, as seen in the case of the Afghani Taliban’s slaughter in 2001 and 2002. Their betrayal, as they were, by their erstwhile leader, the one-eyed commander of the Taliban whom we believe to have been the Dajjal himself, or at least one of his avatars or tools, and their immolation by areal bombardment shows that in today’s world, even hiding in hardened tunnels underneath mountains is not sufficient anymore.

One of the uses of tactical battlefield nukes is penetrating underground and hardened bunkers and fortifications. Tactical nukes are the ultimate bunker busters. However, after the Cold War the use of tactical nukes is no longer politically viable. This is in the wake of nonproliferation treaties that the Western world – Anglo-American and Western European NATO countries – could well afford to sign. Countries like the United States of America and its Forward Operating Base, colonial rump, Israel, can afford billions of dollars of research and development into conventional bunker buster, ground penetrating, conventional warheads.

A country like Russia simply cannot.

Thermobaric Bunker Busters:

Ground penetrating bunker buster bombs are designed to wreck and devastate like nuclear devices. But they are entirely conventional explosive systems. They were most recently cruelly and illegally used by Israel against targets behind Syria’s borders, in its interference and meddling in the current Syrian fitnah – an ongoing idiotic Civil War prophesied by the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, over 1400 years ago. They were used by the United States and coalition forces against Iraqi civilians, to horrifically overawe, shock and horrify them into submission.

In the last ten years immense research and development has gone into the development of thermobaric bunker-busting bombs, such as the barbaric so-called MOAB – or “Mother of All Bombs”used by allied forces in Iraq, to the terror and suffering of many Iraqi civilians. Thermobaric conventional weapons have the raw destructive capability of battlefield nukes, and indeed modern ones are more powerful than some of the battlefield nukes developed during the Cold War.

Thermobaric “MOAB” type weapons, however destructive, are entirely conventional and so fit within the regulations of non-proliferation treaties. The Russians certainly applied themselves towards conventional bunker-busting weapon development, however given the trillions of dollars the USA, Israel and Western Powers have at their disposal, there really was never a way for Russia, given its limited resources and constant attempts by the West to marginalize it, to keep up in such Research and Development.

Russia quite simply cannot afford the research and development, systematic testing, and deployment of advanced thermobaric conventional bunker buster bombs. Russia lacks financial clout, and is repeatedly, systematically, blockaded in the world economic community.

Russia lacks the engineering resources needed to develop, test and deploy such conventional weapons. However nuclear weapons serve exactly the same functions as conventional bunker busters. They do not, however, neatly fit within nonproliferation agreements.

Therefore, logically, the Russians would see no option other than going with the tried and true; nuclear weapons.

The Logic of Underground Testing. MAD, Mutual Assurance, and Open Secrets:

We are not defending Russia, certainly no friends of ours, but you have to look at things from their perspective. From the Russian standpoint, why shouldn’t they? After all America, Britain, France, Germany and Israel all have illegally broken nuclear nonproliferation treaties many times (something even alluded to in Tom Clancy’s Sum of All Fears), while poisoning the world’s environment with nuclear weapons testing, and in the case of France’s underwater tests, poisoning the very oceans. In the U.S. of A, large portions of Nevada desert sand have been converted into radioactive glass in such tests. This is the height of illegality and from the Russians ‘perspective, deeply hypocritical.

Even India’s racist Hindu BJP government is illegally in on this game of nuclear testing, facilitated as they were by the USA and Israel.

Russia, however, has always had Siberia available as a remote testing ground. Going back in history, with satellite imagery and sensor technology’s refinement in the 1980s and 1990s, and the deployment of imagery satellites designed to explicitly look for the telltale flashes of a nuclear explosion, the Russians would’ve had to resort to underground tests, in order to continue their testing.

The real extent of this testing would extend well beyond the few that are known and documented on the Internet. Likely dozens or even hundreds more, perhaps.

Of course, the US intelligence agencies knew perfectly well what was going on, and Putin knew perfectly well that they knew, but the Russian message was basically if push comes to shove, under vital threat to their command and control centers, they would not hesitate to use their tactical nuclear bombs as bunker busters against American command-and-control centers.

This renders the whole “new cold war” armament race moot. Russia retreated back to MAD (the strategic doctrine of Mutually Assured Destruction) their actions saying, in essence, ‘you can have your bunker busters, we aren’t going to play your game’.

In light of this interpretation it stands to reason that many, indeed most, if not all, of these mysterious holes are of recent origin. Perhaps even in the last 10 to 20 years, from the mid-1990’s to early 2000’s.

This interpretation still maintains that it’s possible some craters may be older, going to the height of Cold War testing. Since the US and Israel, however, have been heavily involved in a bunker-buster arms race, it is not only possible but also likely that what we are seeing has been Russia’s recent response.

The logic behind massive testing is simple: an untested weapon is worse than useless.

To wield an extraordinarily complex piece of weapons technology in combat, without having tested it out, is practically suicidal. Beyond the simple possibility of blowing up in your face, or fallout and toxic after-effects blowing in the opposite direction that was intended, poisoning one’s own populace or troops, there’s the international humiliation of being made to look like an ass, proverbially speaking with one’s pants around one’s ankles in the middle of the snow.

No, one must rigorously test one’s weapons technology, and as discreetly as possible, minimizing the amount of intelligence as to one’s capabilities, successes and failures, making its way back to one’s enemies. In this light, the Soviet Union was well known to have conducted underground nuclear tests in Siberia as well as Kazakhstan – to the lament and immense suffering of many of the region’s peoples. Only a fool or extremely naive person, however, would think that an accurate summation of covert and top-secret testing could be obtained from an Internet website.

The Secret Legacy:

The Soviets in the past, and Russian Federation at present, are very good at counter-espionage and holding their secrets close. Undoubtedly, there must remain scores of top-secret test locations and dates that may remain unknown to the broader world for very long time, if ever. Therefore, it’s possible and likely that these newly discovered holes could be quite new, and their very existence unknown even to much of the Russian government and military. Top-Secret information is by nature compartmentalized, meaning only a few people with an actual need-to-know about such matters would know.

Such covert underground test craters would be in locations known to an extreme minority in Russia’s military and government, and in some cases only remembered by men now passing their 60’s into their 70’s, 80’s, and even 90’s. Those secret still unpublished ones, which date from the very beginnings of the nuclear era, could pass out of living memory entirely in the next couple of years – as the entire generation of men who were in their 30’s and 40’s during the mid-late 1960s are dying off. Those craters that could be more recent, from the 1980s or even 1990s, would still be obscure, known to a small number of military and intelligence professionals late in their careers, bound not only by legally binding vows of secrecy, but by the knowledge of the immense environmental damage their tests wrought on the planet and its inhabitants.

Such men wouldn’t speak.

In the end analysis, time alone will tell if the Yamal Peninsula and Siberian craters are recent Russian Federation underground nuclear test craters, or older Soviet underground nuclear test craters.

This theory and interpretation of the actual facts of the phenomena observed provide the most likely explanations of the mystery of the Siberian holes, from the originally discovered Yamal peninsula crater to the large number of recently discovered ones . The explanations of methane gas eruptions, or mysterious, unexplained, anthropogenic “global warming” or “climate change” phenomena are simply smoke-screens and disinformation.

9 Points for Smart folks to think about today (whether you are Muslim or not)

Peace upon those who seek it.

Over the years in our conversations with Soulaiman Soussi he’s mentioned some interesting points that have stuck with us. Imagine a single word or phrase subtly changing the way you see the world, opening you up to a different view point, allowing you to see the familiar on ways you were incapable of before. Because often times we are so used to thinking about things in one way only that we might miss absolutely obvious things right in front of our eyes.

These nine themes can be worked out further and formalized, but they stand here as a few points for clever or smart people to think about today, no matter if you are a Muslim, Atheist, Agnostic, Christian, Jewish, Hindu, or even Scientologists. Or something else altogether.

Each in themselves stand as formal laws in the deciphering work, and can be restated to give them full justice.

And what’s more, if you’re Muslim, even a light and passing consideration of these themes should have a medicating affect on those afflicted with the Kharijite/Wahaibist/Salafist memetic strain.

If you can’t make your way through this list consider it a useful weeding out filter; do you really want to be the type of person who has higher than a snowball’s chance on a hot day of figuring out the enigma of the Dajjal? Do you want to be one of those souls who might be able to penetrate beneath the surface of things, and possibly do something useful once they’ve done so, or not?

If so then these themes will help you.

Point 1. If you can’t name the beast then you can’t control or fight it. If you can’t name it then you cannot have certain knowledge of it. If you do not have certain knowledge of it then you cannot build on it.

Consider this; if you are certain of your last step then its easier to take the next step after. Think about it. When your previous step was made in certainty your next step will be easier, but if your previous step was made in doubt your next step will be much harder. In this way, nothing solid can be built on doubt or speculation. Speculative doubt (dhan, ظانّ ) can get you started looking and investigating in a direction, but you cannot build something solid or lasting on it.

When you name something then you can mentally handle and manipulate the concept. You can refer to it and explore it. If you cannot “put your finger on it” if it is “ineffable” if you “cannot articulate it” you may know it implicitly, in a sort of latent way, then you cannot extrapolate on your knowledge of the beast. You cannot usefully build upon your doubt, or do much with it.

Yet most everyone builds on doubt, all the time, everywhere. But they end up with an increasingly unstable edifice, as they get to the top, the present, the now.

Once you have named the thing, then you can begin to truly contend with it. Therefore the word is important. If you “have the words” for something, then you are in a position to begin to do something with it.

Point 2. The first rule of history is, never underestimate its people. Do not assume that the people in the past were more stupid than you are. It’s quite possible they were smarter in many ways. This applies to politics, migrations, building, or any domain of past human life.

When you see historical figures do something that seems to you to be puzzling, naive, or stupid, it is foolish to assume they didn’t know what they were doing or were stupid and naive. Whether it’s Abu Bakr ibn Abi Qhuhafa and ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab, or Sargon ben La’ibum, or Julius Caesar and Vercingetorix, people in history were often not only as clever as you think you are, but sometimes more clever.

Pay attention to this, if you are attributing something to a past figure that you would not apply to yourself, out of charity or generosity, assuming they were naive about something, beware. They don’t need your charity. They went about their lives quite well without you and your charity. This is a sign you really don’t understand what was going on, or that your understanding is lacking. And if your understanding happens to be borrowed from other authorities, then their understanding was lacking. If you are charitable with a past figure you think you understand, but ultimately you understand nothing.

If someone in history did a thing for which you would judge yourself in a certain way if you were do it, then do not be charitable about it.

There were Paleolithic and neolithic people more wily, perceptive, and penetrating in thought than any of us. They did not have our technology, or our scientific knowledge of how the world really works, but this doesn’t mean they couldn’t do incredibly rational things with what they had.

Many of these people, if they were put in your shoes and given your own gadgets, could probably do things that you couldn’t even conceive. You and I are not that clever.

This rule is one that fringe “Ancient Astronaut theorists” flagrantly violate. This is because they are not that clever, and simply cannot conceive that people with stone-age mentalities could figure out how to do what seems to be incredible things.

But people with stone-age mentalities had the same basic drives we do today, just fewer gadgets to distract themselves with. Instead of tweeting or poking around on Facebook, or any number of distractions that have steadily mounted for the last 300 years or so, they had a long time to figure out how to move really big rocks. What’s that impressive about moving really big rocks and piling them on-top of each other? Have you wondered why the Quran constantly mentions ancient perished So what if the Bosnia pyramids may appear to have an ancient cement aggregate like coating. Is it that far of a leap that people 7000 years ago couldn’t have figured out how to crush certain rocks, cook them, and mix them with water?

Point 3. Know your stuff, and know how to think. A good way to learn how to think is this; Go read Sir Author Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes stories. The original ones. All of them. Indeed, read them twice.

If you read them as a child then sit down, and re-read them. Pay close attention to how Holmes thinks. After you do this, here is something that you need to understand. Sherlock Holmes is not the real smart guy.

It’s his brother Mycroft Holmes. Mycroft is the guy who never leaves his club.

Notice that every time Sherlock gets in a truly deep bind that he can’t even think his way out of, he goes and visits this old establishment club, and chats with his brother Mycroft whose only occupation in life, outside of occasional Government Intelligence work, is sitting in an armchair reading newspapers all day long.

When Soulaiman Soussi gave us this advice, he mentioned that when he was younger this bit about Mycroft stuck with him.

If you know your stuff, really know your stuff, you don’t have to run all around the world, you can survey and understand the world from your armchair.

If you want to be able to better think, about the world and its politics, or even about religion, scripture, the Qur’an and hadith, or anything else even, go read some Sherlock Holmes and actually think about what you are reading.

Point 4. The Qur’an has to be read intelligently, this means pay attention to things like grammar. Grammar is a key to understanding the Qur’an. Structured grammar is the key to real language in the proper sense, as opposed to informal spoken dialect. You have to read the Qur’an the way a mathematician reads equations and handles variables, constants, and symbols.

The Qur’an’s grammar matters absolutely and conveys vital meaning. Tense, person, case, all matter for the message.

What is obvious to the wise is subtle to the dummy. If something is worded in the dual and not the plural then it is that way for a reason. If there is a dialog or discourse between people, and you ignore its changes in tense, mood, and person, then you will ignore part of it’s message.

Classical Arabic, the most ancient living language in the world, has a structured and formal grammar unlike that of any other ancient language. This formal grammar conveys meaning on a mathematical level. Sanskrit does not, Avestan Persian does not, and everything out there written about them and their grammar is post-Islamic, when you examine it. Arabic is the formal model of a language that all of these other ancient languages try to match up to. The Qur’an’s use of Classical Arabic conveys information mathematically, precisely; if you do not understand the grammar deeply, you will miss much of the message even if you understand the vocabulary.

Point 5. Henry Truman once said that nothing is new but the history you don’t know. However what you don’t know should be intolerable to you. Therefore, catch up already.

In the so-called “Truth Movement” it’s common for people to say they “woke up.” You see this idea of “waking up” being discussed more and more.

It’s like this. Most people float and dream their way through life, on assumptions and what little they were taught. Until the rug is pulled out from under their feet by faceless nameless forces they only half understand.

When this happens they react, thinking that they are waking up. In reality they are simply reacting to the immediate stimulus. The reaction is usually out of nostalgia and sentimental seeking a half remembered past that they thought was better.

You fear what happens when you don’t obey the authority figures you were trained to obey.

When people talk about “waking up” to “the world as it is” they are talking about things no one is concerned about until it personally hits them. These same people are content while it hits someone else.

The faceless authorities whom you think manipulate you and your life rely on this, and on how malleable you and your children are. Reflect on this; our society now accepts as normal children being literally drugged by their school authorities. Most people now see this as commonsense normalcy. Few actually reflect and think about what it took to get to this level. Fewer do so unless it affected their family first.

They fall right back into another dream because of the failure of it, it was all personal and selfish, I was not a universal true awakening out of empathy and understanding for everyone, and not just themselves. It would be harder to fall back into the walking dream if their wake-up was a true and universal one.

Point 6. Everyone makes too big of a deal of their culture, history and language. Only someone who is truly multicultural and multilingual can critique other cultures’ and languages’ mediocrity as well as their own. This starts with a radical sort of honesty: the honesty of being a person who can see their own people’s, culture’s, and language’s mediocrity.

Most people lack the courage, or the ability, to see their own family’s, culture’s, and people’s mediocrity.

This is where we get self-aggrandizing lies, in national, racial and ethnic narratives and in historical literature. Entire systems of thought have been erected, academic schools of thought and governments formed, and untold millions of human souls reduced to thralldom, slavery, and massacre on the basis of self-aggrandizing liars making things up about their family, ancestors, folk, people, race, and their nation.

These stories and narratives exist because they are unable to face the mundane nature of their situation and past. They do not want to admit their own mediocrity. This prevents them from changing.

Point 7. Change cannot occur in a closed system, a body moving at a constant speed will roll continually until affected by an outside force. Left alone, each of us is a closed system, until someone else comes along. Just because we are adults doesn’t mean that we are entirely self-sufficient. Sometimes people need someone, an outside agent, to awaken something inside of them.

“The hand of Allah is above their hands,” (إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُبَايِعُونَكَ إِنَّمَا يُبَايِعُونَ اللَّـهَ يَدُ اللَّـهِ فَوْقَ أَيْدِيهِمْ) Qur’an chapter 48 verse 10(سورة الفتح – ١٠). The hands of many is being spoken of here, not the hand of one person.

Each of us sometimes needs someone to be with us, to bring up a new idea, for something new to happen. The whole world, in this sense, is a closed system, and rarely punctured with someone bringing something new. This is what Prophethood (Nubuwwa) is all about.

The world sits as a closed memetic system, with different permutations and variations of existing old ideas and concepts bouncing around, playing out, until someone and something comes in from Outside and contributes something new. A memetic catalyst, if you will.

Like a chemical catalyst, a very small amount of this catalyst acts like a dye in a vat of liquid. A small amount changes the color of the entire vat. Or it is like opening a skylight, in a room of absolute darkness. Suddenly the room has light.

History from that point is an unfolding of the consequences of this new body of ideas. Some people steal from it, take a bit from it but not acknowledge its source, and try to integrate or harmonize it with their old tired inherited crap, legacies from others unquestioningly passed on. Some people are honest, acknowledge it, and try to carry it while not fully understanding what they try their best to carry.

An infinitesimally small few will, however, deeply explore and plumb it, try to renew it when it is forgotten, and only the one who does dare strip themselves of their “precious”inheritance is able to gain full understanding of the whole of it, in a way that the rest of humanity declined to.

Point 8. Dishonest people do not acknowledge their teachers and sources. This is the basis of intellectual and personal dishonesty. When you learn something from someone admitting it is intellectual and personal honesty.

When you consciously claim that something you learned from elsewhere is your own, then you are stealing. Yet, you will not truly understand an idea until you have grown to “own it” in a sense. To own and be able to state it in your words. There is no real contradiction here.

The problem with this ingratitude is memetic, you gain one small thing, mastery of a branch or piece of knowledge, but you lose the greater – your personal honesty.

The source of all injustice and sin is lying. Small ones lead to bigger ones, which lead to deadly ones. 1.3 Million Iraqis were murdered because a son of a bitch lied about weapons of mass destruction. So lying preceded wholesale murder and slaughter.

This is why you can’t benefit from what you stole, because the whole system becomes corrupted by that lie at its foundation.

As a closed system, affected by an outside force – a teacher or source of information, most people should acknowledge their sources but they do not. There are real dangers to this, if you think about this for a bit you may begin to realize some of the advantages and benefits to admitting what your sources were, as you continue to learn and mature, and honestly grow to “own” an idea, as it becomes your own, integrated into your mind and life in a healthy and beneficial way.

Point 9. People today are addicted to noise. They are addicted to the noise because they are trying to tune out their inner demons. If you have you never wondered about it then you should.

After wondering about this can you then wonder why this is so? If you can wonder this, then why not consider yourself; are you also addicted to noise?

In coffee-shops, supermarkets, in bars, hookah spots, restaurants, elevators, and shopping malls; everywhere people are surrounded by droning music. Almost all of it, if you really pay attention to it, is simply noise.

But this is not only pushed on people; they choose it. Notice how everywhere people go they seem to be listening to something. Notice how many people on the street, at work, even at home, go about with ear-bud headsets, no matter what they are doing. They are drowning out their inner demons with noise. But this does not cure them.

Until this beast was named you probably didn’t even consider it. Now that it’s been identified, and named, you can start to wrestle with it.

No one wants to consider what is really going on and dealing with it, they choose to shove something in their ears and sit in front of TV several hours a day.

These are nine useful points to consider and think about.

Peace upon those who seek it.

Two Types of Souls. Truth, Authority, and the Dajjal’s Disguises Part 2

Soulaiman continued, and shifted the subject a bit from the Dajjal, to his audience – you and I out there.

“Now with the example of a name, you have a situation in which certain Muslims would automatically trust the authority of someone bearing a type of name or title. In other words, they would trust the image he brought to bear in from of them, and the name or title is part of the image.

The problem with a lot of this is summarized by that old statement about there being two kinds of souls. There are many other ways to distinguish people, but one of the most productive ways to understand humanity is along the following way of dividing and categorizing people, when you are looking at their heart of hearts, their mind of minds if you will.

On The Two Types of Souls: the Appearance of Authority, and the Reality of Truth.

This adage is famous in different ways, but I am going to restate it in my own way. I’ve come up with a pithy adage based on this old traditional saying that summarizes its essential idea; it is this, basically:

‘It is a misery to take authority as your truth, instead of truth as your authority.'”

He paused, let me think about it for a moment, and then he re-stated it, slightly changed.

It is a miserable soul that takes authority as its truth, instead of the opposite – Truth as its final authority.”

He paused again, and continued. “This is simply a nice, useful, and simple way of saying the following: for some people, a figure of authority is their truth. When a president speaks, or when the king, imam, or priest speaks, this automatically deserves such people’s respect. For them the mere act of someone with that authoritative title speaking conveys truth.

On the other hand, for some people, indeed for a few, and unfortunately only a few, the Truth itself is their authority. For this second group of people, it wouldn’t matter if the Pope himself, the Sheikh el-Islam, the Khalifa or Mufti, said something. If what is said doesn’t measure up to the truth then it is absolutely of no relevance to them, any more than if it had been spoken, or brayed, by a Jackass. Such people, however, are very far and few between. Extremely few, in fact.

The point is that the vast majority of humanity mistake authority for truth. In other words, they act as if just because you have a title, are a type of expert, like a doctor, or father, or priest, or imam, that this somehow confers truth upon your words. Do you understand what I am saying?”

“I think I’m getting it..”

“The second group of people, those who see truth as their authority seem different from the others, those who see authority as truth. People make this basic mistake all the time, every day. Let’s say that I am a so-called expert in something – a doctor in this or that field – and I happen to get on television to talk about some issue, the people in the audience with switch off their brains.

People – most of the people anyway – automatically believe whatever a person is saying in such a situation. In this example, most people in the audience will automatically believe what such an expert has to say.

But when you really think about it, this expert is just a normal average human being, like anybody else. He is a vulnerable, fallible, mere mortal like any other person. A person’s expertise should be measured against the truth, not the opposite – that the truth itself is measured against a person’s expertise and title. It’s a simple game, really.”

I interrupted him, blurting out “That is exactly what happened with the Bahais, in the early Babi Movement!”

“Yes, that is exactly right.” He said. “This guy, the so-called Bab, when the people around him looked at him, so overwhelming was the appearance he presented before them, so earth shakingly overwhelming it was, that they assumed he was clearly a figure or truth and authority.”

“Soulaiman, I have read that even some of the early enemies of the Babi and Bahai sects, indeed some of the Bab’s own jailers, actually felt horrible over imprisoning him. These people saw the turban, and the beard, and more than this, they saw his apparent saintliness. It affected them greatly. They saw that he was always fasting, always in prayer, and all these sort of things, and they would say to themselves ‘such a person could not lie.‘”

Soulaiman nodded and stroked his beard.

“This is what I am speaking of. Those people mistook authority for truth; the title and appearance of authority for the Truth. Yet the truth is not a matter of appearance. The truth is ultimately a matter of reasoning..” He said, drawing out and emphasizing the word ‘reasoning’, and letting it linger for a few moments, before continuing.

“Consider this; a lie can be garbed in just about anything you want to dress it in. You can dress-up a lie like the Queen herself. You can dress a lie in the garb of the King of the World. In both cases, it is still a goddamn lie.

The Truth; it can come to you from the lips of a babe, a child, and it can come to you from the lips of a pauper. The truth can be found spoke even by a Bush. However the majority of humans would not recognize it, because they do not expect the truth to be associated with such … un-authoritative states, or situations or individuals.

So, to recap or restate the dramatic words I used in the beginning; there are two kinds of souls on this earth.

1. Those who recognize the truth even if it came dressed in the garb of a pauper.

2. Those would wouldn’t recognize the truth, unless it came to them dressed in kingly habits.

And those are the two kinds of people there are on this earth.”

“Or in today’s world, instead of kingly habit, a scientist’s white coat or a president’s suit?” I asked.

“Yeah, Whatever.” He said. “Basically, if the truth came to them with the right dress, if it came dressed correctly, whatever this dress happened to be. This has always been the case. Throughout human history, through the broad sweep of mankind’s history, it has always been the case that there are these two kinds of souls. Now, I used the word ‘souls’ carefully, because it is such a deep issue.

When you actually try to explain all of this to a person, like when you try to ask a person, ‘wait a minute, why is it that you believe this person, even though he’s lying’ you come up against tremendous opposition. Why, for example, do you believe the goddamn president even though countless times he’s lied, lied and lied again? Yet there you sit, in front of your TV, and you make two or three hours of your time just to listen to his State of the Union address, even when you know that he’s actually a goddamn liar.

You wouldn’t do this for a liar who came up to you dressed in homeless clothing. You wouldn’t assign this much room and time in your life if the liar came to you, dressed in a garb that doesn’t confer authority upon its wearer. And yet, people do this all the time for experts. People of expertise and authority, kings, and presidents, will lie to people, over and over again, yet people always go back to these ‘experts’, sit before them, and listen to their lies silently and attentively.

However, there are other people. There is a small group of people, indeed a special group of people, that wouldn’t care even if they were told the lie was spoken by God – Allah forbid.

Now the way I worded this is a far fetched and extreme, but very real example. For this small group of people, even if you told them that God himself had spoken a lie, these extremely few and special people, even if you told them ‘God said this’, and you could actually show them in – obviously false – scripture, that the God of such false scripture spoke a lie, they would recognize the lie, and they would not give it any authority, because it is simply not worthy of that authority.

All false religion works like this, in fact. This how all false propaganda works. This is how all political manipulation works. It works by conferring the image of authority to a lie. In the case of false religion, the ultimate image of authority is by assigning it to God almighty himself, who is beyond such falsehoods.”

“What is a good example of this?”

“For example, to pick on one group of people, take Hinduism.” Soulaiman said.”Their gods, their final figures of authority, supposedly have told them that a monkey, or a cow, to pick a cheap and easier illustration of the point, is more worthy of respect than a human being. This is because god, or their god, told them so. Or rather, because their divine writ said so.

That is why you find 1.2 billion Hindus, over a billion human beings, falling into the first category of the miserable souls that we talked about before, those who confuse truth with authority.

Now, of course, I am sure that amongst Hindus, or people born in that religion, there are a few who would not be deceived thus at any cost. It doesn’t matter what their forefathers or elders told them, about a cow being more divine, or being more worthy of respect and status than a human being, these few people would not believe it. This is because their reasoning, their soul, indeed their heart of hearts, would tell them ‘this is not true, this is not so, this is false, I don’t care who said it.’

So again, to restate for the third time this statement, because it deserves not only to be said again, but to be memorized;

It is misery to take truth as authority, instead of authority as truth.

We finished our coffee and then took leave of each other, and his words remained at the forefront of my mind.

Which type of person are you? Who are your authorities, and what do you take as the Truth?

Two Types of Souls. Truth, Authority, and the Dajjal’s Disguises Part 1

This conversation took place back on July 22 2010, in a small Coffeehouse. Brother soulaiman agreed to discuss a few matters after work, when some research was mentioned to him about certain highly influential literary figures, in particular occultist or counter-culture, rebel types. We were trying to understand the implications of brother soulaiman’s idea that many figures in history with cultural unusual influence possibly being the Dajjal in disguise, on specific ‘missions’ to engineer a society or culture’s beliefs, mores, and practices to take people away from the Truth and God, and towards his satanic ends.

He proceeded to explain to us something of the nature of the dajjal’s personalities and masks; the identities and disguises he ‘wears‘ in a sense, and the important subject of Truth versus Authority.

The Dajjal’s Many Hats: Masks, Persona, and Social Engineering.

“Every time he creates a personality, it’s engineered.” Soulaiman explained. “Each time the Dajjal creates a persona for himself, and “puts on a hat” so to speak, for that specific persona, it is engineered for that task.

For example, if the Dajjal wants to do social engineering of homosexuality, he’s going to engineer or manufacture a personality that suits that task at hand. In other words, a personality that allows him to get away with it. One which allows him wide publicity, and allows him all the necessary conditions for him to achieve his task. Does that make sense?”

“Completely.” I said. I asked if Aleister Crowley (Edward Alexander Crowley) would be an example. He indicated not only Crowley but a host of others, like Abu Nuwas (al-Hasan ibn Hani al-Hakami) – the influential Abbasid court-poet and hadith teacher whose blasphemous poetry praising buggery widely circulated in the Caliphate.

“If the Dajjal wants to influence, for example, Jewish theology he’s going to create a personality that would be perfect for the job.” Soulaiman continued. “For example, take a Jewish theologian .. Like Maimonides for example. This personality and image suits his audience and job.”

I thought about this and its implications for a moment. “So Soulaiman, lets say if he wants to influence a group of Sunni Muslims…”

“Then he will create the kind of personality that the Muslims would automatically – automatically, second nature, without a further thought – would respect. Indeed, would venerate.”

“Like an Imam? A Sheikh?”

“Not just an Imam. Think of a garb, a garb one wears, and the title that goes along with it, even of the choice of the name that you would choose for the individual with that title and garb.”

“Ah, like a fancy Abayah and Bisht, and a big turban or ghutra on the head?” I asked, trying to imagine this in my head.

“Sure, but think wider. For example, you would name yourself after a region.” He said.

He was talking about something beyond just the clothing, which I was fixated on, something more subtle.

“Take the name of someone from a certain classical Muslim region, let’s say ‘Qazwini’. So you have Sheikh Fulan al-Qazwini, for example. Or you have Son of Fulan, Sheikh Abdullah al-Khorasani, or Sheikh Fulan son of Fulan al-Hanafi al-Fulani al-Hijazi, or whatever. Thedescriptive add to one’s image in the ears and minds of one’s audience.”

“I think I get it. They have a resonance, they evoke a type of prestige?”

He explained further. “I am just giving you one example of a trick out of many. A title like that would just switch off critical reflection in many people if they heard or read it. 99.9% of Muslim communities anywhere would be completely mentally disabled by it, you know. They would have their thinking completely disabled after hearing that name. They just would automatically trust what a person with a name like that would say.”

I asked just by the name itself? And he explained that there were more nuances to this business. It was more complicated than just this, and I shouldn’t get caught up in just that one aspect.

There could be many things useful to the Dajjal in a particular personality. A name, or a title – like say Sheikh al-Islam. A mode of garb, or a certain style of beard. Even, however, facial expressions or body type. One community in one community may find a fat Sheikh, or a muscular one, or a thin emaciated one, more authoritative or convincing. Another community of Muslims could find the complete opposite to be convincing. In fact there are any number of things which, when observed, would convey the necessary authority to the audience at hand.

Please see part two.

Review of Theories and Coverups of the Siberian Hole at the End of the World, Part 2

After a brief introduction to this mystery lets us continue with the analysis of brother Soulaiman Soussi.

First we will look at the existing theories of the origins of the Yamal crater. We will consider why they are ludicrous or insufficient and which features of the crater are not adequately explained by these existing theories. Then we will propose Soulaiman Soussi’s theory as an alternative that better explains the geological features of this crater and its historical context. We will see how this interpretation is best supported by the photographic and historical evidence.

Since we began this series news of a second hole emerged. It’s photographs support this theory and we will examine it shortly.

We do not claim this to be the only possible interpretation. We merely suggest it as the most likely, and that others are easily debunked or can be exposed as being politically motivated or the result of open deception. Given brother Soulaiman Soussi’s research, including past research into Soviet Siberian history long before the crater was found, we feel that what we’re about to reveal to you is the most likely scenario – and the one that most fits with the geostrategic concerns of present-day Russia and its junta is led by President Putin.

Current theories, from the silly to the implausible.

Clearly much has been in the media lately about this anomaly. Siberia’s Zvezda TV’s airing grainy helicopter footage of the crater made the issue spread memetically viral. A subsequent helicopter video, take by a team of scientists visiting the site further piqued public interest and contributed to a flurry of speculations. These are the more significant speculations.

Claim: Space aliens or UFOs. There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever of an extraterrestrial cause, whether by force of nature such as meteorites or an asteroid, much less than intelligent alien life. These sort of claims are simply wild guesses or worse purposefully planted disinformation and confusion. Even considering it makes one feel an IQ drop of several points. It is a distraction meant for certainly easily impressionable people. For others there are more sophisticated lies.

Claim: A Collapsed Pingo. A pingo is a type of conical hill found in tundra permafrost areas in Eurasia and the Americans. Pingos occur in permafrost when excess water, from a draining lake for example, is forced into previously unfrozen ground, and the ground deforms to relieve the growing water pressure. Over hundreds of years the ground projects upwards on-top of this growing bed of freezing water being absorbed in that area of the ground, often cracking near the summit of the hill as it grows and partially collapsing in on itself.

This picture from the New York Times illustrates pingo formation:

This is a picture of a collapsed Pingo, located in Kunlun Pass, China. Mentally compare it with the Yamal Crater

China-Pingo_KunLun_Pass

These are other collapsed Pingos, located in Canada (pictures copyright Park Canada):

nature_image1 nature_image5 nature_image6

Notice these features, the relative height of the hill’s ridges, the distinctive smooth contours upon collapse, and the closeness of piled material to the crater. In no case is there the appearance of actual ejecta, material violently expelled.

If you search for pictures of Siberian pingos you will note this pattern repeat over and over, whatever this hole in Yamal is, it does not resemble a pingo collapse. Their contours are smooths, there is no sign of rapid expulsion of ejecta, no signs of a violent explosion and dispersal of material. Put simply this theory is an idiotic grasping at straws.

Claim: A naturally occurring gas explosion, climate change induced. Sub-Arctic Scientific Research Center researcher Anna Kurchatova, first put in the claim that a pocket of natural gas when combined with salt and water could have produced a large explosion. The ultimate cause of this would be permafrost thawing due to anthropogenic climate-change. This claim was made, of course, at a distance without the researcher having visited the site. The exact chemical mechanisms through which this could occur were not stated. We could not find any clear evidence such a naturally occurring gas explosion, in Siberian tundra, with warming permafrost, due to a mix of salt and water, has ever been documented.

Anna Kurchatova’s claim is simply a theoretical speculation, her opinion, made in absence of any valid research data. Because of current concerns over global warming clearly this opinion resonates in the media, and this may be the point of it. At best it is a scientist’s semi-informed speculation, made at a distance, when given a voice in the media, at worse it represents a politicization of the science of the issue. It is a wild guess and only her position and authority gives it the illusion and veneer of authority.

Claim: Unspecified Natural Causes. Possibly Climate Change linked. Anna Liesowska, at the The Siberian Times (17 July 2014, ‘First pictures from inside the ‘crater at the end of the world’) interviewed Andrey Plekhanov’s research team after their expedition to the Yamal crater. Plekhanov claims the crater is a natural phenomenon without human cause. While his team doesn’t know when the hole formed, he states “We are working with space photographs to figure out exact time of its formation.” Plekhanov further says. “We can be certain in saying that the crater appeared relatively recently, perhaps a year or two ago; so it is a recent formation, we are not talking about dozen years ago.” How he can be certain regarding this is not stated, of course, and The Siberian Times takes it on his authority.

As to the cause, the Siberian Times preempted the climate-change question by directly prompting Plekhanov with the question. He replied “Could it be linked to the global warming? We have to continue our research to answer this question.” He notes that the summers of 2012 and 2013 were “relatively hot” for the Yamal region, and that “perhaps this has somehow influenced the formation of the crater.” However, of course, further tests and research would be needed first before he could “then say it more definitively.

Unlike Anna Kurchatova Andrey Plekhanov actually was at the crater, examined it physically, and conducted tests there. You will note his wording is more cautious than Kurchatova’s. However this phrase, “and then say it more definitively” rhetorically more or less presupposes that global warming would ultimately be dredged out as a causal factor – post further research. For now, however, “we can say for sure that under the influence of internal processes there was an ejection in the permafrost” without reference to climate change or other human causes.

How exactly Plekhanov’s team could say “for sure” is not stated. In case we aren’t yet clear he further asserts; “I want to stress that it was not an explosion, but an ejection, so there was no heat released as it happened”. This statement addresses previous researchers’ observations, that the blackened appearance of the crater’s sides certainly were burn marks.

Plekhanov claimed the natural processes involved were covered in a theory Soviet scientists worked on in the 1980s. This unspecified theory was one that was “left and then forgotten for a number of years” as he put it. As to the terms of the theory, who actually proposed it, and its literature, none of this was stated. This makes his unspecified “theory” effectively a ‘black hole.’ it is effectively a convenient rhetorical dodge. He further claimed this theory addresses natural processes in the permafrost that led to prehistoric formation of a number of lakes in the Yamal peninsula roughly 8,000 years ago. He then speculated that perhaps these processes are repeating today.

In short, he has no idea. Since he is effectively a government scientist (if he is, in fact, a scientist and not an intelligence operative) you could assume that he is simply repeating whatever those apparatchiks who sent him there told him to say. In other words, his statements are effectively a stalling for time. His claims boil down to this; whatever caused the crater were “natural processes” and somehow vaguely connected to a 30ish year old Soviet theory that somehow was just “forgotten” by their research community.

Claim: A natural gas explosion, human induced. The nearest gas fields are 30 miles away, there are no known gas pipelines through the permafrost in this area. Moreover as researcher Andrey Plekhanov, from above, notes “If it was a man-made disaster linked by gas pumping, it would have happened closer to the gas fields” and “Gas workers would have been on alert, letting us know about it immediately.” This claim can be dismissed out-of-hand.

Claim: Gog and Magog (Yajuj wa Majuj) digging through their barrier. This theory has surfaced on a few Muslim forums. It is a reference to the Quran’s narrative of the peoples of Yajuj and Majuj being locked behind an iron barrier by the ancient Prophet and King Dhu al-Qarnayn. The people who mention this hypothesis believe Gog and Magog are locked behind some impenetrable barrier but will dig themselves out near the end of time. In future time, god willing, we will cover brother Soulaiman’s theory on Dhu al-Qarnayn and Yajuj and Majuj. Suffice to say people have been misreading the “hadith”narrations and simply making up things on this nature for a very long time. For now our response is simple:

Be serious. Please. This is not science fiction nor is it Hajji Baba telling you bedtime stories. This is only slightly more ludicrous than UFOs and Space Aliens. The only reason we included this easily blown down straw-man is to illustrate how confused people are truly being. The notion is idiotic.

Now let’s consider more plausible matters. Our next part will follow.

Review of Theories and Coverups of the Siberian Hole at the End of the World, Part 1

Yamal Crater
(Source MSN News.http://news.msn.com/offbeat/66-yard-crater-appears-in-far-northern-Siberia )

Peace be upon those who seek it. The world is currently abuzz with the discovery of a mysterious crater, found in siberia.

The giant hole was discovered on a peninsula in siberia’s natural gas rich yamal region, a word meaning ‘end of the earth’ in the siberian nenets dialect, and is believed by many to be the result of an underground explosion.

But what is it really?

Speculations about the crater abound, and range from the barely plausible to the outright insane. Sundry causes have been claimed, like meteorites, UFO activity,  gas industry triggered underground explosions, and even more natural geological processes perhaps being accelerated by anthropogenic climate change/global warming.

There exists one possible explanation, however, that has been studiously ignored by both the mainstream and alternative media. This possible cause may yet be the most plausible explanation of all. This likely solutions to the mystery of the siberian giant hole may fascinate and amaze you.

We at Cipherverse caught up with the researcher Soulaiman Soussi (Abu Abdullah) to get his take on the controversy. As it turned out he had been busily researching the crater’s story and the history of the region. We believe that his research results and the hypothesis he presents may shock you. It certainly shocked us. However in hindsight you may find yourself slapping your forehead due to the elegant simplicity of his hypothesis. We are confident that if you are open minded and thoughtful, you too will see this explanation as the only truly plausible one.

Before we can present it, let us work our way through what is known and examine a few facts. To begin, let’s take a look at what we have all been told about the crater, and the bare framework of the story as it is known.

The yamal peninsula, in the yamalo-nenets autonomous region, is one of the most remote areas of the world, as the name ‘yamal‘ itself implies, for it means ‘end of the earth‘ or ‘end of the land‘ in the dialect of the local nenets people. This remote peninsula arguably sits on top of the largest source of natural gas in the entire world. Its very small population consists of its indigenous inhabitants, and a small handful of gas industry workers. Other than this the yamal peninsula rarely sees much human activity. Its most famous inhabitant is a long dead, 30,000 year old, baby woolly mammoth calf dug up from the permafrost.

The crater itself is in a remote part of the peninsula itself. It is located approximately 30 km from the peninsula’s gas fields. The crater itself appears to be 50 to 70 metres deep, and about 30 meters across according to the most recent accounts. Its walls seem comprised of strata of permafrost and possibly stone, though the first few feet appears to be a thin layer of brown top-soil.

Source AP Associated Press Television, linked from MSN

Beneath this the permafrost appears blackened, and riven with striations indicating considerable water erosion. In spite of these erosion caused rivulets the actual walls of the chamber appear very sharply cut.
The entrance to the hole is roughly oval shaped, and a larger chamber can be seen below in some photos, which gives you the impression of a narrower entrance leading to a larger interior cavern. At the very bottom appears to be an icy lake comprised of melt-off from the permafrost.

When you look at its photos you will notice a ring of debris surrounding it.

Marya Zulinova / Governor of Yamal-Nenets Region’s Press Service. Linked from the Moscow Times.

These debris appear to have been ejected or expelled upward and then quickly settling around the actual lip of the hole. You will notice the debris ring is fairly close to the crater, very little is apparent a further distance away.

Notice also that there’s very little plant growth on the immediate lip of the hole. In fact, several portions of the debris ring are absolutely bare of any plant life, whilst other portions have mixed grass or low scrub growing upon it. In other words the plant growth is spotty and for the most part there is very little of it.
This describes roughly what is it. However the question presents itself; what does it mean?

Now that we have seen some pictures and facts in part 2 we shall take a deeper look at this mystery, and then propose abu abdullah’s explanation, one far more likely than what the propagandists are feeding you.

Civilization, Society, Instinct and Logic – Part 3, A Devil you don’t know exists, whence Information comes, Reason Language and Logic

Peace upon those who seek it.

We need to expose a couple of axioms that are needed to further understand this work as it continues to unveil:

One; All information in the Universe is from Allah, thus all wisdom is from Allah.

Two; Thus information in this Universe can only be transferred, it is neither created nor destroyed inside of this closed system of a Universe.

Three; Any influx of New Information into humanity, and its subsequent manifestations, are from Allah. The nuzul of Revelation is a quantitative and Qualitative addition to the informational content of the universe itself.

Four; the Hadiths of the Dajjal Island and Ibn Sayyad must be understood if one is to have hope of understanding any of these matters.

The knowing of the first two seems easy but the actual understanding of them and their implications is difficult.  The third derives from the understanding of the first two, and our authority for the fourth statement is Ali Ibn Abi Talib, Allah ennoble his visage, in his narrated statement that the one who knows Ibn Sayyad is the Dajjal will be happy, and the one who does not will not be happy.

Civilization, Society, Instinct and Logic – Part 2, Programming, Choices, Language and Logic

Peace upon those who seek it.

Here we begin to look at Logic, and in what follows will return to logic. In any logical operation you can perform valid operations upon invalid data. If you start with the wrong axioms but use correct reasoning you will arrive at questionable conclusions. Now if you take wrong axioms, an then start to use wrong reasoning going step to step all the way, then you will simply arrive at stupid, bizarre, and throughly delusional conclusions. Here you will never be able to actually solve the problem at hand, but will simply knit for yourself a tangled web of delusion.

Look closely at every Kafir culture you have traveled to, witnessed, or lived in. Observe what they see as their “individuality” and “strength.”

Think to yourself, is it not truly quite as it seems? Does it not seem like the very opposite?

Civilization, Society, Instinct and Logic – Part 1, Memetics, Turds, and Education Share?

We examine Civilization, Culture, Environmental Degradation, Squared ashlars, and Memetic Programming, asking ourselves the differences between Civilizations of Kufr and Iman. We contemplate ways in which natural instinct, the notion of Fitrah, and developed social complexity fit together.

Disclaimer: When we use the terms Mumin (believer) and Kafir (mistranslated as infidel, actually hwever a rejector covering up truth, or ingrate) we use them in the most universally applicable sense throughout tens of thousands of years of human history, in discussing fundamental human dynamics independent of the formal name of the community in question. This article must be understood in the widest sense possible, as it covers the entire scope of planetary human history.

Part of Iman is accepting the things that we cannot change in ourselves and around us. Not accepting is essentially not submitting to Allah’s decree. The nations of the Kufar are afflicted with a psychological disorder, born of the tragedy that someone sold them a false bill of goods; comprising of a false reality.

When people buying this false bill finally come into contact with real reality, reality as it is in the world and not as it seems, then they don’t want it. This is of course by degrees, some find it easier to accept some aspects of reality than other, but essentially within a range of possible reactions they tend towards Rejecting the Real.

Amazing Prophetic Warning; The Drone Hadith. Series Interlude

Peace be upon all those who seek it.
As time grows short, we hope to share more pieces of this puzzle in order to help increase awareness and assist you, dear reader, in evaluating your priorities and hopefully providing tools that will help see you through the coming fitnah with your iman intact.

We will resume the discourse on generations shortly – Allah willing – because it unlocks keys to this puzzle. Prior to that it is generally not appreciated the degree to which The Messenger of Allah, SAAWS, sought to provide us with as many warnings as possible about the dangers his Ummah would face in its later days. Lacking the context of seeing the world in which these warnings would manifest the Salaf, the noble Companions and the following generation tried their best to transmit Prophetic warnings to us, without seeing the full context that The Messenger, SAAWS, saw in his clear and precise vision of our very own age.

This Hadith contains a warning

From Hussayn Ibn Ali, of Za’ida, of Mansur, of Shaqiq, of Hudhayfa (ra) who said:
Verily it will be poured upon you the evil from the sky, until it reaches unto the deserted wilderness (al- fayafi).” It was then said the questioner asked “And what is the deserted wilderness (al- fayafi) Oh Abu Abdullah?” who then replied that it was the barren earth.

Source: مصنف ابن أبي شيبة – Musanaf of Ibn Abi Shayba – كِتَابُ الْفِتَنِ – The Book of Tribulations (Kitab al Fitan)

We understand this Hadith as a direct and essential warning to the Muslims us of the unleashing of a new kind of evil, from which every traditional form of defense would be for naught. In the past ones escaping armies and pursuits could always take refuge in remote wilderness far from the agents and troops of their pursuers. However this Hadith indicates that a time would come in which a terrible evil harm would be poured from out of the sky itself, upon the Muslims, to the extent that even the one fleeing would be overtaken by it as he seeks distant wastelands and desert areas.

This evil, we assert, are electronic aerial drones, and Allah and his Messenger know best. Never before in history has it been possible to literally unleash thousands of weapons in the sky capable of tracking perusing and hunting down a man or group of men, from the sky, into the most remote wilds and then pouring down upon their victim destruction.

The menace of drone warfare has resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent Muslims, only a few egregious incidents make their way into the Western media, in truth however their targets are arbitrary, their purpose nothing but imprecise and arbitrary strategic terror, their thousands of innocent unnamed victims whose deaths’ magnitude is routinely lied about in the press, are mostly unnamed.

As the American public soon shall learn, what was allowed to be unleashed by their own government upon the Muslims, shall encompass them as well in their subjugation to the masters they unwittingly chose. What is gravy for geese is often gravy for ganders, as the saying goes:

FAA: Look For 30,000 Drones To Fill American Skies By The End Of The Decade
https://battlefieldamerica.wordpress.com/2012/05/31/faa-30000-drones-to-fill-american-skies-by-the-end-of-the-decade/

The essential irrationality of Islamiphobia is always easy to see, in frothing at the mouth to kill Muslims and serving as part of this agenda, the hateful and irrationally fearful elements in the American public collectively;
* allowed themselves to be used
* by the dajjal, who unseen calls the shots as the chief Shaytan of Insan(mankind),
* as minions
* and when the beast of Babylon’s utility is at an end, then like a cheap confused whore, she is disposable

We seek Allah’s refuge from every false accuser, liar, and deceiver.
And Allah’s peace upon those who seek it.
